Erasmus+ «Mother Languages»: Colegio de La Presentación in Athens

During the week of 17-24 April 2024 10 students and 2 teachers of the Spanish school Colegio de La Presentación, Baza, visited Athens and were hosted by the students and teachers of 53rd Lyceum of Athens. The Erasmus+ students and teachers of the two schools carried out many cultural teamwork activities and projects on the theme of the mother tongues of the two countries, Spanish and Greek. They visited Nafplio and Mycenae and, of course, some of the emblematic monuments and archaeological sites of our city: The Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, the Ancient Agora, the Plaka district, the Greek Orthodox Cathedral and Panagia Gorgoepikoos, the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, the National Garden, the Zappeion, the Panathenaic Stadium, the SNF and the Athens City Hall. In the latter, they had the honour not only to be guided, but also to meet and discuss with the Mayor of Athens, Mr. Haris Doukas.
